Keith Penn-Jones MBA, ACC is the Founder and CEO of the Penn-Jones Group.  Keith’s philosophy is the key to success is in helping others. With over 20+ years of experience at the senior leadership level in the healthcare and the non-profit sectors, Keith has extensive experience building and managing teams, developing and coaching leaders, strategic planning, business development and organizational management.

Keith is a licensed consultant for Maryland NonProfits Standard of Excellence, a national network of qualified consultants licensed to provide training, consulting and support on the Standards of Excellence. An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Non-profit sector.

Keith also serves as chairman of the He Matters-Power Of One Conference. An annual conference for young men ages 7-17 focused on teaching young men that “One Can Make A Difference”.

Keith is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Nuclear Medicine Technology, Virginia Wesleyan University and obtained his MBA from Troy University.
