Liberty Community Development Corporation, Inc., a faith based non-profit, was formed as a nonprofit entity in the State of Maryland (Windsor Mill, Baltimore County) in 2003. It is the mission of the Liberty Community Development Corporation to enhance the quality of life residents in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area. We will fulfill the mission by hosting programs that empower people to be successful, independent, and make positive impacts in our community. We hold true to our conviction to operate programs with honesty, integrity, morality, and equality that work toward the betterment of all participants.
